BeatBuy is the first Persian multi-vendor marketplace dedicated to buying and selling music beats. Our platform connects music creators as producers (sellers) and customers as artists (buyers). By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

2. User Accounts

  1. Registration: To access certain features, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this platform.
  3. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Sellers and Buyers Responsibilities

For Sellers:
  1. You must own or have legal rights to sell the beats you upload to BeatBuy.
  2. You are responsible for the accuracy of your beat descriptions, pricing, and licensing terms.
  3. You retain ownership of your uploaded beats but grant BeatBuy a non-exclusive license to display and promote your work.
  4. You agree not to upload any copyrighted, illegal, or offensive content.
For Buyers:
  1. When purchasing a beat, you acquire the license as specified by the seller.
  2. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or modifying beats beyond the agreed license is strictly prohibited.
  3. Ensure you read and understand the licensing terms before purchasing.

4. Payments and Fees

  1. Platform Fees: BeatBuy charges a service fee for each transaction. The details of this fee will be outlined during the checkout process.
  2. Payouts: Sellers will receive payments via the payment methods supported by BeatBuy, subject to applicable fees and timelines.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are only processed under specific circumstances, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All beats and content uploaded by sellers remain their intellectual property.
  2. Users agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  3. BeatBuy reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright laws or these terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading or sharing illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or any activity that compromises platform security.
  • Using the platform for unauthorized resale or distribution of beats.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. BeatBuy is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
  2. The platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, or fitness of beats listed for sale.
  3. Users access and use BeatBuy at their own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

  1. In the event of a dispute, users should first attempt to resolve it between themselves.
  2. BeatBuy offers limited mediation services but is not responsible for resolving disputes.
